1. Change Of Mind

We accept change of mind returns as long as they’re initiated within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer except when returning a faulty item.

2. Faulty Items

We will offer you a refund or replacement for any Bareface item you receive that we can confirm is faulty. If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll organise a resolution. When returning a faulty product, we will provide you with a mailer and prepaid return label.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings or piercings. This is outlined on all earring and piercing product pages to avoid frustration, as we understand this will impact the way you shop.
